Open School: many gifts

Hey friends!! 🙂 We’ve been working with the teachers and students here at the Christian school since July 27th. The school was closed due to a COVID mandate, and we had been doing manual labor projects for the church and school with hope of it opening up again. Grateful for having been hands and feet to help accomplish project goals, we rejoice that the school is open! God’s timing is perfect.

This is our 3rd week in working with the teachers and students, and it has been such a sweet experience. It brings me so much joy seeing my friends use their gifts. It has been one of my favorite things to see and experience here in South Africa.

We’ve all been able to share our hearts with the students in lead devotions, praying with them, and spend time with them. I am thankful for these women of God and man of God, and for how Holy Spirit has led us so well.

Until next time, I’ll be sharing on how I’ve used my gifts and more about school ministry. With much love,

  1. I love seeing what you all are doing. Praise God for these opportunities! It’s like He’s hand-taylored the ministry to utilize each one of your giftings!
How beautiful for you to, not only recognize your teammate’s strengths, Janice, but also to speak it over them.

  2. I love this!!! So cool to see how God was preparing all of you in your middle and high school years as athletes and educators for such a time as this!! He has always had his hand on all of you preparing your path and developing your gifts and talents …to use and give leading you for His kingdom purposes …and now you are preparing and teaching and discipling these students to follow Him and multiply!! Pretty cool !!! Mama proud of all of you!
