06/12/2021 Before you knew it, I had ran up to our room on the 4th floor, and I told Holy Spirit, “alright, if You want me to go, I need help finding all the things I need… and quick.” I definitely chuckled. I felt Jesus smiling and laughing with me.

Yesterday was my “off” day, where I woke up, and I felt crippled and I didn’t specifically know why. There are many things happening in my life, and in not addressing them, the many emotions affect me. I was planning on getting up for breakfast, but I felt crippled. I was planning on going to ministry to do house visits, but I felt crippled. As I stayed back from ministry, I knew I needed to bring things to God, yet, another day. Yes, Janice, it’s an all-of-the-time thing. Thankfully God orchestrated a time for me to talk to my squad leader.

Later on I was able to open up to my team and I was thankful for the way they listened, asking questions, and encouraged me.

We later on would be going to Agua Panela, an outreach done here in Cuidad Refugio every Wednesday to invite those who struggle with addiction to come to the foundation’s rehabilitation program and homeless ministry program.

From 6:00-7:00pm before leaving for Agua Panela, there is always a time of worship and intercession for the staff, volunteers, and missionaries who will go out to share the gospel and information of the foundation, and for the men and women, and even children.

Later on that day, I thought Holy Spirit had given me this vision and sense of peace in not going to Agua Panela and instead leading a time of worship and prayer with some of the missionaries (while everyone else was at Agua Panela). I also thought it would be best because of how hard my day had been but, during the last 10 minutes of worship and intercession time as we worshipped…

I felt Holy Spirit spiritually tug me, and told me that I was supposed to go to Agua Panela. I was told that Jesus would carry me through, just like He always had…

That I didn’t need to be at my strongest to go. He wanted me in the breaking. Before you knew it, I ran up to our room on the 4th floor, and I told Holy Spirit, “alright if you want me to go, I need help finding all the things I need… and quick.” I definitely chuckled. I felt Jesus smiling and laughing with me. I changed into my clothes, grabbed my mask, and…

I’ll be telling you how it went on my next blog, “A redemptive story pt. 2”.
